About Shipping
Your product will be shipped directly from Shenzhen, China. We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders are shipped between 1-3 bussines days after received payment. We offer standard shipping, DHL, FedEx and UPS. Small orders can also be shipped very cheaply by Air Mail. The option will appear automatically in the checkout if your goods weight is not too high. Shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight of your items. You'll see the shipping cost listed on the Order page during checkout.
Expected Shipping Times

- Shipping via Fedex. Online Tracking. 4 - 7 days to major destinations.
- Shipping via DHL. Online Tracking. 4 - 7 days to major destinations.
- Shipping via UPS. Online Tracking. 4 - 7 days to major destinations.
Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay. If you need help tracking your delivery, or have concerns about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number, and you can check the shipping status of your order. Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number.

Returns and Refunds
All our products are covered by a 12-month warranty, for return and repair / replacement. We guarantee your products will arrive safely in your destination country. In the unlikely event your package is lost, we will re-send the goods or give you a full refund.
